An exterior retrofit and siteworks was completed to six single family townhouses in Winnipeg, enhancing and improving the the living space for any current and new tenants!
Included in the scope of work in this project is the removal and replacement of all existing exterior trim, deck railing, storm doors, entry doors, front concrete steps, exterior lighting, numbers and mailboxes, soffit, facia, downspouts, window wells and hydro enclosures as well as the replacement of all existing windows with new trims.
Siteworks included the removal and replacement of the wood privacy fence, upgraded common area chain link fence, new sidewalks, as well as the grading and resurfacing of the parking lot.
