A successful contract-build was completed at Technical Vocation High School in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
This project included a 5,812 sq ft addition and renovation of an Aerospace, Mechanic and Weld Shop. The new addition includes a new main level welding shop area, two new classrooms on the second floor, a mechanical and electrical room, as well as a raised loading dock area. The existing machine and weld shop was renovated into a new multi-use classroom area for aerospace and machining. Three existing classrooms also received cosmetic renovations as part of this project. Building construction is masonry block wall and brick veneer, with hollow core to support the roof and the second floor.
