This project consisted of a design-build for a a new Office Headquarters and Mechanic Shop for LCG Trucking.
Totaling 9,300 sq ft, this building was constructed with structural steel, insulated metal panels and an EPDM (Ethleyne Propylene Diene Monomer) roofing system. The main office portion of the building includes six office spaces, three bathrooms and a staff break room. All interior office spaces have been completed with a modern finish, including tile floors, maple door slabs, and stainless steel fixtures.
The design-build of the mechanic shop consisted of a large-scale drive through wash bay as well as three heavy duty mechanic bays, designed to fit three semi-trucks. Heated floors were installed within the mechanic shop for the comfort of the mechanics.
